Montreal, August 23, 2016 – Air Transat is proud to announce the addition of a supplementary flight to Malaga, Spain, to its transatlantic winter program, departing twice weekly during high season for this sunny and very popular destination. Direct flights will be operated from Montreal and service will also be available from Toronto, thanks to our domestic flight program connecting the two Canadian cities.
"Characterized by its mild winters, among other things, the Costa del Sol is perfect for combining relaxation and discovery during a short or long stay," states Annick Guérard, President and General Manager of Transat Tours Canada. "In addition to the flights, travellers get access to plenty of one-stop packages, or à la carte accommodation options and car rentals for more flexibility," concludes Guérard.
Weekly service to Malaga begins January 23, 2017, and becomes biweekly as of March 1.
Air Transat’s 2016-17 winter flight program offers travellers 34 Sun destinations and departures from 22 cities in Canada, in addition to a diversified Europe program popular with Canadians during the winter months.
