Montreal, October 26, 2015 — Transat is pleased to launch the second instalment of Style Jaunt, its web series produced in collaboration with FLARE magazine. After their first stop in Lisbon, Portugal, Canadian fashion bloggers Gracie Carroll and Camille DG journeyed to Mexico, to the city of Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit region, in search of the best local shops and fashion trends of the region.
Part travel and shopping guide, the second edition of Style Jaunt includes three episodes: Mexican Craftsmanship, The Surf Town Experience and The Bohemian Lifestyle. With these latest video capsules travellers can discover Mexico from a seldom-seen perspective, taking in must-visit addresses and encounters with local artisans.
“We’re encouraging Canadians to travel authentically, showing them destinations in a new light,” explains Geneviève LeBrun, Senior Marketing Manager, Transat Tours Canada. “The Experience Transat blog, with its Style Jaunt and Travel Basecamp web series, provides true sources of inspiration for every type of traveller. From local finds to the best addresses, culinary discoveries and inspiring encounters with locals, we deliver an enriched online experience for travel buffs.”
Air Transat has flights to Puerto Vallarta out of Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina and Winnipeg.
