Toronto, June 18th 2013 - TDC’s third training academy of 2013 was held at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, earlier this month with over 50 delegates, a first for both organizations. The academy provided in depth education covering Walt Disney World Resort & Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, plus Disney Groups and Weddings.
The content included insider knowledge on how to make the guest experience the best that it can be. The week ended with the TDC members creating unique Disney focused marketing plans.
There were many Disney experts on hand including; Josh D'Amaro, Vice President of Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Clinton White, Business Development Director at Adventures by Disney, Sharon Siskie, Vice President of Travel Industry Sales and Mickey himself presided over the graduation ceremony!
