During the Holy Week, please take note that all watersports in the Dominican Republic will be suspended. 
As per new legislation, all discotheques open to the public are to shut down at midnight from Monday to Friday and 2 am on Saturday and Sunday. This may result in various discotheques being closed until further notice. For the hotels that have a discotheque dedicated only to hotel clientele, regular operation hours are maintained. Furthermore, for the casinos that remain open until 4 am, no alcohol is served after midnight on weekdays and after 2 am on weekends.

Renovations in different sections of the hotel postponed until summer 2025
Renovations that were to have been carried out during the summer of 2024 have been postponed and will be undertaken in the summer of 2025 on the various sections below:
  • Guestrooms: Room blocks 5 & 3
  • Restaurant Mirador main buffet: New floor and new furniture
  • All themed / à la carte restaurants: Furniture replaced
  • Roofing of all restaurant’s accesses: Will be replaced (Trattoria/Mirador/Calypso bar)
  • Lobby: Addition of a new lobby bar, furniture replaced, and lobby public washrooms refurbished
  • Common areas: Walkways and hotel access road renewed. Gym refurbished. 2nd pool refurbished
  • Utility infrastructure: will be upgraded
Substitution: Hotel will maintain all hotel services. One pool will be available for clients.
