Guadeloupe is a butterfly shaped island halfway between Cuba and Venezuela. Its two ‘wings’ offer completely different kinds of tourism: the eastern Grande-Terre is more of a beach-lover’s paradise, while the western Basse-Terre is full of hiking, volcanoes and adventure for everyone.

Transat would like to inform its clients that this natural phenomenon beyond its control affects several parts of Mexico and the Caribbean. Although the presence of this brown seaweed is greater than usual, our hotel partners are making every effort to clean the beaches when necessary.
