If your loan request is denied, the reason for the refusal will appear on your screen and also sent to you via an SMS/text message. Flex Pay will also send you the name of a consumer reporting agency to access your credit history.
You could also complete your booking by choosing one of two other options:
- Another qualified traveller on your booking may apply for the Flex Pay loan on Transat.com, in which case the booking process will have to be started again from the beginning.
- You could pay with an alternate method (e.g., credit card).
